Donot join the Pediatrics department at Max mohali. The work environment is so toxic my by one particular person, you wont be able to survive whether as a MO/ senior resident/ attending consultant or even a nurse!

The salary was always paid on time.

There was no growth in our department because the manager never gave a rating of “exceeds expectations” during appraisals ,As I completed my all tasks .And they never gave us an opportunity to advance in the department.

When a staff want to go for checkup he will not treated as staff . someone is sick and want to counsult with physician he have to wait 02:00 hrs after that he or she will consult with the Dr sitting in php is it good just asking ?

I like Max hospital in infrastructure Max hospital known for their advanced medical technology Well maintained facilities and morden equipment.

High cost Some patients I feels that private hospitals charge more for treatments and services compared to public or smaller facilities.

High load of work with soft and polite behaviour till job not done. Then unnessory dominating pressure. Lala company.

Dislikes

Max Healthcare do not share JD, no Team collaboration, manager behaviour is bad with negative pressure to new joiner. Work time from 10am to 10pm with unnessory over load, Hospital name is Max but entire process is manual. They have tactics to handover there job to you. Attrition rate is highest in entire hospital industry.

Rate are high for treatment. few doctors are concerned about money every time specially obs & gynae & surgeons.Behave like DAI in village.Non medical staff apresals are not good even spending very long time.

I have never seen more corrupt hospital like Max, involve in all sorts of corruption including money laundering. Top management behaves very badly and frame you to do their dirty money making jobs. doctors inflate the bills for both rich and poor alike.

Got best team ever in Max Internal Audit department. Work life balance is there.

The behaviour of the leader is not appropriate. They passes personal comments on every team member and their personal life and micro manages everybody in the team. Toxic environment was created by two most unreasonable leaders.

There is no leaves actually you will get leave but never approved by HOD specially in pcs Department so I wouldn't recommend Jaypee Hospital for PCS Department other Department is good if you will do hard work they will give you all burdens and never get appreciate by your seniors only shoe Licking people survive there .

Worst place possible. Environment is extremely toxic. The older employees have an iron grip to the system shutting out any potential for fair treatment. Leaves on paper mean nothing if you can’t take them when required.

Politics and recruitment of unprofessional and noncommitted, unimodality, experience of small hospital - doctors . Those who butter seniors, indulge in politics and least output in patient care given weightage , pay , perks, position. As until you work in the Radiodiagnosis Department, MAX Shalimar Bagh the seniors Admin or from MAX Saket will not understand the politics. I initiated and established and headed Dept of Radiodiagnosis in a particular MAX branch since 2011, but had to leave because of politics created to snatch headship , seniority and pay despite having the best turn around time, awards, initiated DNB programme, only one efficient in all Modalities USG, CT Scan and MRI. Seniors from MAX Saket or Senior Admin cannot understand in their monthly visit because of politics created to take headship, salary as they are not working in the Dept. Despite being popular in patients and clinical colleagues because of my reporting because of politics I had to quit. I have experience of more than 25 years in all three modalities and experience of Sir Gangaram Hospital, Rajeev Gandhi Cancer Hospital and served max for almost thirteen years - for me mental peace was more important than working in a place where patient care suffered and politics was given weightage.
