The work environment is extremely bad. The old staff hold a monopoly in the institute and drive away the newbies by passing racist comments and body shaming them. The director, manager, accountant are not co operative, they say "why should I believe you when i can believe the employees who are working with me for 3 years". There is nothing to like such things. No professionalism, no work life balance, directors themselves doesn't know professionalism and only says to employee that be professional.

No salary, work environment is very bad, lot of work pressure, director treats us like a slave, barks like a dog, don't have manners how to speak with employees, don't get salary for employees. Had a very bad experience in this company.
