Compensation , allowances and appraisal. One should develop good technical skill to survive and work as an individual contributor.

Dislikes

No HR policy..Poor people management..Too much dependency..Micro management..Manger don't support you much, only judge on the basis of fault you do..No manager to employee interaction...long working hours..They need someone who can work day/Night..No work life balance.. In short they don't care about you much.!

You will be working on latest technologies and will be directly involved in product development . All the R&D stuff happens here in India. Salary and benefits are good and work environment is good.

Dislikes

Not a process oriented company and still follows the startup philosophy. HR policy could be improved.
