There will be lots of work. You will find yourself always occupied by something. You will be developing a skill to do the job independently.

Dislikes

There is no process of project development lifecycle. They hardly concern about the product quality. All they wants you to do the finish the job as soon as possible.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
