Maven is such kind of company which is looking awesome from outside but once you've started your career with Maven, it's seemed like you're in HELL. Most interesting part of this company is no one (except higher Manager like GM, Business Head etc.) can't know that if he/she will get salary or not.. Salary deduction is a common nature of MD of the company. Above this, the most cheating nature of Maven/accounts of Maven is your PF part. You've seen in your salary slip that PF is deducted from your salary but no documents are updated in your PF account . Due to which, you won't be able to withdraw your PF amounts after leaving of this company as well as they don't entertain you regarding this after being an ex-employee....Read More

No proper training to freshers. Very strict envirnment which can be suffocating at times. Termination keeps happening every noe & then for all department.
