Only thing I liked abort Mavcomm was my colleagues..

Dislikes

Mavcomm Consulting is a terrible place to work. It is a very small organisation where growth is limited to handfull of people rest every one is treated very badly.. There is no job security. They don't think twice to kick an employee out of their organisation for cost cutting. Management is not at all cooperative. Language used by the owner of the company towards its employees is very abusive and derogatory... So I would not recommend anyone to work their unless tnsy have a good jack with management....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
