I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I like to make this company grow more and more and to established the company. I love this company I need to markets reliable, high quality product and has a global client base. I get to travel abroad, especially to the Canada and US......

Dislikes

Compensation is not good enough, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-20 hours straight in a day as I have to attend.
