Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Department team is good but the higher management and HR & admin is very bad.

Besic needs of employees is seriously ignored by the company, Higher management and HR and admin think they are like God. They talk like that they giving salary and helping us for doing nothing. The culture of Higher management is very cheap. No accomodation, no good canteen facilitie, no good travelling facilities, not good chair. Shift people are the sufferer most.
