They are average,they are not pay masters,but people are good, earlier before lockdown it used to be awesome place to work,post management change their numbers quality everything detoriated.

Dislikes

When whole industry gets appraisals and promotions by April or May they make you wait till November and then you get paid on areers till Dec jan,worst among al. They are not upgrading themselves as per time.

Although there is definitely a job security as compared to other private media houses, but growth wise there is less scope. Especially increment percentage which is highest at 12-15%, even if you get 100% performance
