Had good colleagues.. nothing else was good..ony bad experience for all who hav worked at matha college

Have more than 10 points....... 1. No interest from management in running the institution. 2. Arrogant senior officials. 3. Does no good to the students and does not develop their skills 4.worst infrastucture.. 5. no salary or appraisal 6. No job security and reluctant to give the experience certificate even. 7. About to shut down the institution 8. Financially backward 9. Even these issues exist , staffs are facing arrogance from all directions 10. Hopeless in total...Read More
