The company gives the opportunity to learn the work independently and seek advice in case of any difficulties ;even CMD is ready to guide you if needed.Regular follow ups done and one has tobe regular;present reports and visit outdoor sites and even out of India.So long you work properly the job is secured and assured of regular increments but the work has to be result oriented and not for the sake of work.Very Cordial....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
