Both the hospitals had given me a good exposure towards Critical Nursing. Most focus were on the patient's life support in these units(oncology and burns).The growth of new innovation and technology given more confidence to deal with critical patients.Moreover training programs had mould to bring up the confidence level too.

Sometimes the work pressure is high due to the shortage of staff.

To be honest, my job was challenging because it was dealt with the patients with critical condition. Hence it given me a great experience in dealing with end stage life support too.
