You can develop excellent report writing, contractual understanding, delays, claims, arbitrary services and primavera skills. As stated. The amplitude of data which has to be deciphered will be very huge. When involved in arbitration processes, forget you have a personal life untill there's a final hearing on the same. Please, my humblest request is for you guys to join a team where you physically work with your colleagues and not get outsourced to an overseas team. This will literally hamper your work life balance. You'll be working throughout the weekends if you're working for an overseas team as many of them are in middle East. You'll be just treated as a resource for the overseas team. No recognition at all. Forget the rewards. You'll be working till late night 11 and yet still you'll be asked to report as early as 9 in the morning. When the report for which you worked so hard on comes out, stop searching for your name. You'll never even will be informed what happened to the same. Comp offs are a joke. Yet there are amazing team mates and seniors who are will teach you a lot of things.... No formal training session. We had 4 training sessions organised for us which were cancelled. If you're an associate for the overseas team, all you work is on ms Word and excel. That's it.
