Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I am fun working here. But the employees are facing problem with salary hold. The company is also suffering loss due to this. The employee tries to do poor quality files to meet his target. If the target here is number of files instead of volume, then according to me both will benefit. And the company's portfolio will also improve. If salary of 100 emp is stopped and if the average salary is 20k, then the company had to pay 20 lakhs to the emp. But if in this any executive makes 2-4 files wrong, then there will be loss.
