I am very happy working in a mass finance company. There is no pressure of any kind in this company and one can work well here in an open environment.

I am fun working here. But the employees are facing problem with salary hold. The company is also suffering loss due to this. The employee tries to do poor quality files to meet his target. If the target here is number of files instead of volume, then according to me both will benefit. And the company's portfolio will also improve. If salary of 100 emp is stopped and if the average salary is 20k, then the company had to pay 20 lakhs to the emp. But if in this any executive makes 2-4 files wrong, then there will be loss. Office working hours are 10 to 7 only on the paper, but at the time of month end it will be fixed coming time and it might be possible that you are not allowed to going home till work ends. On normal working day it is compulsory to take permission of your reporting authority for going home even if you are going on time. Same routinework,No learning(0).
