Salary Structure is not good Research Culture is not good university. They shows that they have good research culture but the amount of teaching load will not allow you to do any work related to research. Complete control is given to HOD'S and that's why you will find different work culture in every department. HR policies are worst.

Outdated work culture. Your work will be undervalued and underappreciated because University is more interested in gossips and old professors will show extreme superiority. Very toxic work culture. It tears you down mentally and physically. There is an excessive amount of discrimination and gossiping. There is no feeling of psychological safety and no room for self-development, all employees do is give and not receive. It is a political adda, if you are serious about your future, never ever consider joining this university. They have a spineless HR and Systems. Sriram Padmanabhan and Sonal Punjani are extremely incompetent, they don't know what they are doing with employees. Instead of addressing the actual problems in real ways, they plan dance competitions, word of the day, send flowery emails, and basically ignore the elephant in the room.
