Ethics less company they laid off my wife without any reason that too after coming from maternity leave. Period after birth is most important for an women and lay off impacted my wife and family.please avoid working in this ethics less company

Marvell acquires companies and lay offs entire BUs if it sees not fit to its roadmap. Lay offs are purely based on business and NO consideration is given to individual performance or skill set during such decisions. Job stability is a big problem at Marvell. Layoffs would happen with no prior warning. And we were asked to explore inother BUs after layoff. Advice to management, please allow employees to explore internal opportunities before layoffs.
