Lay offs are purely based on business and NO consideration is given to individual performance or skill set during such decisions. Job stability is a big problem at Marvell. Layoffs would happen with no prior warning. And we were asked to explore inother BUs after layoff. Advice to management, please allow employees to explore internal opportunities before layoffs.
