10-12 hours work daily If you have a national holiday then, Saturday will be working. No long weekend Toxic culture HR never helps Manager are there for 18+ years and have no atticates to talk properly. No way to talk they even use abusive words. They never give work from home

It was been an honor to work in maruti suzuki being a part of msil enjoyed a lot. Got an opportunity to learn about vehicles category and loads of fun

Over load and burden of timing of 12hrs and even use to work on sundays while others spend quality time at home after lot of works. and hrs use to debit the salary amount with 500rs. incentives was given late it takes 3 months to receive incentives and were not given on time as they mention before joining.

They do hiring only from selected colleges, And there are many good colleges but students are not hired from there, they hire mostly people from Haryana state but only 20% are hired from other states.
