Good work environment and culture. Teamplayer are supportive management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair ans they give good salary hike bonus every year.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
