Process driven company which will teach how to work in well deciplined environment. Work pressure is little bit high. It's a target oriented organisation Which archive it's goals before the set timelines.

Dislikes

No one argues over the set proceesses.

Work Details

We get two shutdown blocks of 10 days each other than normal leaves and that is the best part

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
