It was a wonderful journey of 3.8 years at Marsh. Excellent exposure and learning. But In terms of better career opportunities and growth wrt your interest area/profile, I would say that there is a rigidity. It’s not easy to get into your preferred role. Otherwise everything is fine... People are supportive. Work culture is highly professional. Overall I had a great work experience at Marsh.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but they should also focus on providing employees the right opportunity so that they do not leave the organisation.

The salary compensation is made unnecessarily complex and vague. You will get 70% of what they commit. Retention will take 50% of your annual bonus, they pay you when they realise from the partners & the mechanism of recovery is poor.
