Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? The company brand is luxury and it made with latest technology.

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high.sometimes we have to work 13-17 hours continue in a day as i have to attend client calls in late into the night as well in off duty. managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times, hence experience person like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes....Read More
