For freshers it is very useful in learning new things about testing related but not a company to growing up and main problem they have is poor management or no management at all. Whatever your team lead decides is ultimate decision and they don't bother to hear to every employee or adapt any new method and all aside ultimately huge internal politics makes it one of worst place to work for honestly

They should shut this company off and starts a political party. Brajpal and vimal plays like sonia gandhi and rahul gandhi. I was forced to work for about 16 hours due to which i got the back pain. when i complaint about this they give holiday to vimal, and said it's not his fault ,,he is mentally disturbed. they sent me warning from HR about not to raise such issue to higher management.
