For freshers it is very useful in learning new things about testing related but not a company to growing up and main problem they have is poor management or no management at all. Dislikes

Internal politics makes it one of worst place to work for. They Just keep hiring many new resources for less salary and don't bother about you work well or not whoever has good personal relationship with manager gets more hike than whoever working hard.
