Listen up, everyone, I feel compelled to share the absolute nightmare I endured at Marquee Equity. They put me through three rounds of interviews, making it look like they cared about hiring the right people. But the truth came out during the last round when I faced none other than the founder himself, Ash Narain. I laid out my concerns about job security due to having a family, and he tried to pacify me with some bogus promises. "We don't lay off anyone," he said. "You're safe for at least 9 months," he said. But guess what? It was all a load of empty words. Nikita Garg, the co-founder and Ash's wife, proved to be the worst nightmare. Just after two months into the job, despite me hitting 80% of my targets, she hunted for the tiniest mistake to put me on a ridiculous performance improvement plan (PIP). But she couldn't even be bothered to let me complete the damn plan. Oh no, she forced me to resign right then and there – on the 26th of July, no less. I had the audacity to explain that my wife was about to have a baby in the first week of August and that I needed the money. Did Nikita care? Hell no. She turned a blind eye to my situation and didn't give a damn about the human consequences of her actions. It took them a whopping 45 days to pay me my final settlement. 45 days of pure frustration and financial strain. Marquee Equity, and especially Nikita Garg, have absolutely no regard for the well-being of their employees. Their arrogance and indifference are beyond infuriating. It's as if they think they're gods, entitled to toy with people's lives. So, I'm giving you all a strong piece of advice: steer clear of Marquee Equity like it's a sinking ship. Their promises are nothing but empty lies, and they treat their employees like disposable pawns on a chessboard. Nikita Garg and Ash Narain, if you have even an ounce of decency left in you, start treating your employees like humans with real lives and real responsibilities. Founder is a big time lazy man who just knows how to drink, smoke, upload pictures with his wife.They pretend to be sweet but they are not.Specially the brother no2 He is confused personality Does not know anything but knows how to make ppl feel lowest abt themselves. The place is highly unorganised and offer poor services to clients. The main aim of the team is to just get more clients and do fake promises to get their money. They have no logic behind the services they provide. They just send 100 emails everyday to get clients and send 100 emails to investors every day hoping they would revert. There are 5-10 templates and everyone keeps on sending those same emails everyday and have a prepared script of what to tell clients, while they do not offer even 10% of what they promise. They just HIRE AND FIRE PEOPLE. Do not trust their sweet and polite tone when they offer you a job. You will be pretty useless after they fire you as they take rash, illogical decision. Do not fall into the trap. They fire almost everybody. They are the worst company to work for. If you join them, keep on looking for other jobs and join other company as soon as you find a good match. Mostly they fire people within 3-6 months of joining them. Absolutely not a good experience with the company. Because, employee get hire and thrown in the team where nobody respond including the managers and fellow colleagues. Seniors are very unprofessional and rude. No work culture ethics followed by any of the company employees.

Terrible work-life balance, constant nagging by managers and the entire business is set up as a sales unit and not as an IB. A lot of focus on only documentation and none on deal closure. As an aspiring IB professional, this is not a good carrier move. Also, some people here don't know how to talk to others as human beings.
