As an intern at Marpu Foundation, I have had a largely positive experience, but like any organization, there are areas for improvement. One challenge I’ve encountered is the limited resources available for certain projects. While the foundation does an incredible job of maximizing its impact, sometimes it feels like more funding or staffing could allow us to reach even more people in need. However, this has also been a learning opportunity for me. It has taught me the importance of creativity and resourcefulness in nonprofit work. Despite this challenge, I deeply admire the dedication of the team and their commitment to making the most of what we have.
