There are unrealistic deadlines for deliverables and zero work life balance. Moreover, the workplace is filled with seniors of toxic mentality who give negative example of other companies who are firing but they are not to satisfy his ego or to showcase the company big in the eyes of employees. Work Details

There is no work life balance and timing as employees are being treated like slaves and required to work whether it's midnight or early morning to deliver the projects.
