Worst place to work u wont get any job security nor any company benefits..even ur incentive takes 6 months or more to receive, if in between ur stock take comes it again get on hold if it's 6 later also... No procedure guidance no systematic,all uneducated people holding a higher position....

Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
