Career growth is some what shrink type, since manager and assistant manager are more than design engineer that's why saturation is at higher level so you won't get promotion easily. Manager are doing side businesses in offic timimg, some managers have their school, some have travel agencies, some have diary, house cleaner business. Most of the manager have their investments in share market so they are doing trading in office timing. Regarding onsite opportunity., if HR saying that we send candidate onsite, that candidate is not design engineer or product engineer, they are the managers who are doing design engineer job at onsite. They repeatedly sending same person onsite, so how can we grow and if we are asking the reason so they give us bull shit reason that they required only that person and you wend toward the HR for clarification they directly told you that better you asked your manager and kicked you. Hr directly convey massege that they required young and dynamic people hence they are recruiting GET from every month or bi-month. I don't know how they got tag for best place to work....Read More

I was lucky to work in Europe or North America Team projects, only for few months I worked for Asia Pacific group, other than that all things are at excellent, good learning, good work culture, also provides onsite Opportunities.

Dislikes

If you assigned to work for Asia-Pacific Team/Projects then you may face crunch timeline, sometime can ask to come on Saturdays, early morning meetings and late working Hrs, at the end disturbs the Work Life balance.
