I like my company's environment that is built on mutual understanding and respect. Also, like the team that is working towards achieving a common goal.

Dislikes

I have no answer for dis-like, I have a positive attitude, I always see the positive side everywhere.

Work Details

I am involved in coordinating the team for various projects, I typically perform duties such as - providing training to employees, developing strategies, setting target goals for the team, motivating the team members.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
