The atmosphere is good to work. There was much to learn as well. The working system of each department there was good. There the ‘5s’ were also given more attention. There people were also given training from time to time. Good environment and culture to work. Thank you.

Dislikes

They follow the system created by the management initially but stop after a few days. Can’t say very good about the career there , meant to say career growth is slow and there is a lot of politics.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
