Its very nice to work with MARINETRANS. The seniors allow you to learn at an adequate pace which helps to understand the intricacies of shipping. The Management is stable and don't interfere in work as long as required or something is about to go out of hands. People are friendly and offer great support. Everyone coordinates to bring the best out of each other. Overall a well-balanced company.
