Company is small so people stay connected with each other in plant.

Its was all up to my manager, he didn't paid me what I deserve and no one interrupted him also. Company thinks if you are overpaid compared to existing employees then you are not deserving to do the job.

This company is bad for your mental health. There is absolutely no work life balance Just because you’re being paid, it is assumed that you can be treated in the most undignified way. Your manager will not want to listen your reasoning. It’s either their way or the highway Prepare to get emails on a daily weekend asking you to be ready with a review first thing Monday
