A few good colleagues and a fairly good payment.

Dislikes

No salary hike and the employees are not treated well. The employees here are not satisfied and are not getting opportunities to talk about their needs. The authorities have a dictatorial attitude and that makes the situation worse. The work culture should be improved and more benefits should be given to staff to make a fairly good environment for employees.

The job was good but the increasing workload is not addressed and is not paid for.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
