Nothing great to explain but the people around me is cool and I was under a very good lead

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Biasness as they give more importance to the employees of their state

Work Details

Cool work-life balance and never had much work which is also not good

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
