This is my first company, so I always owe this company to give me a platform to showcase my work. It gives really different feeling when you hold the part which is designed by you. This happiness is beyond imagination. I have learned a lot in this company and still everyday learning something new.

I feel I am not getting paid well and work culture is something which is challenging .But if you feel you’re crazy like me so you will find a way to create a good culture around you. At the end it’s not in our hand to change any company’s work culture ,but what in our hands is to extract the best out of it , rest is just a residual.

Job security is secured but the work culture management are the worst also there is no work life balance. Also there are many mini manager (sr engineer) who pressure much more and there behaviour is very worst. No data management no space at server. I think this is the worst company forever.

Working culture, mini manager (sr engineer) concept, not any plans, worst washroom worst cafeteria, no carrier growth good for cad learn only, mini manager and manager doesn't grow the juniors. No job training to anyone else also there is partiality

Nothing go at morning do unnecessary doncky works and stay upto late night to do not meaning full work and not any growth instead of cad
