Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as i have to analysis the production transaction in SAP from cut to pack and delivered to warehouse. Such nice atmosphere sporting peoples & helping management. It is such a great learning experience.

These people are just to squeeze the last drop of blood from their employees particularly the medium skilled employees. there is no appreciation for those working hard and best performance to achieve their goal or those who do the formalities to show as being the most active person.

As I was just hired on contract basis for one year, my responsibilities were initially to supervise the commissioning, to start up the plant.To monitor the process to establish the discharge quality as per EPA standards was contractor's responsibility

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
