The company is good for Freshers. Good training provided. I joined as Management Trainee. Its been 2.5 years and the journey till now is amazing. In this company there are people since last 20 years and they are still serving the company. My boss himself completed 8 years in this company. The main thing you need is patience and Understanding. Only drawback is the compensation part. But that is covered by other things like work life balance which quite great. Culture of the company, they treat you as a family. Company invests in it employees by giving them training in various subjects. Motivates employees by giving them certificates and Voucher for achieving taregt every month. Also various programs like Sampark were bottom level employee to higher levl management including director come together share their suggestions , complaints etc. Which is happened in very less companies....Read More

Nothing as such. Just compensation is issue. For some it might matter a lot. But for me its just good.
