I was part of EHS Corporate and responsible for India, Europe, Middle East & South Africa operations. Budget for EHS Department was very low never get chance to see my out side India Facilities (except SA) due to no budget. Top Management not so serious on EHS. Over all people are good Learning / Training NIL, cafeteria not so good if I compare with other MNCs. Local Management at Faridabad is supportive and take interest for EHS initiatives....Read More

Learning / Training part is very poor and HR is very poor in this organization up to corporate direction less you can say. Performance appraisal system is just on paper annual salary growth is Leadership dependent so not transparent this creates dissatisfaction and in some cases hear burning also.

Training very poor Regal acquired this business in Dec 2014 till my retirement 23 March 2019 no training for me. No any Training material or reading material related with EHS provided.out of country travel to meet my team and to understand ground realities budget always very very less several sites I never visited though responsible for all good and bad.
