Better work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and better experience also management is good. There are huge food court and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good,they give good salary and bonus every year.

There is a lot politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth slow.

There is no vision with leadership and very poor planning team. Typical family run business where ad-hoc decision making is very common. No clarity of thought and trust issues within the leadership makes the environment very toxic. Do not plan on leaving a bigger organisation and come down to build this organisation as you'll be disappointed to see mediocrity run through all levels.
