the company has a good work culture and is always trying to adapt to new challenges. the pay is good, the benefits and facilities provided during training and during inter city travel are top class. the blend of technology with values makes it an attractive prospect. my colleagues are friendly, cooperative and helpful. the pay is prompt and good. this is what i like about the company.

Dislikes

the selection process is too long and sometimes reminds one of red tapism. not receiving salary after notice has been served is the greatest drawbacks of the company. so unless the notice period given is short or one has extra source of income to see through the notice period, its very difficult to survive.

You will get to learn a lot, esp if you're a fresher. They train you so well. It is a very good company to start your career with bcz you grow a lot.

Dislikes

They train you so well but they train you for the market, not for themselves (pun intended). Bcz they don't want to pay you. They can compromise on the quality of the resource if it comes to monetary part. Ultimately, you would want to walk out bcz there's no good money.
