In many tiling co. There was homely environment plus safety of job for girls. But growth was average. Still overall environment was good and boss was like family. In global alliance matrimony data entry work was very good, it kept me enthusiastic throughout the day, environment was also good n safe for girls, boss there was cooperative n understanding. In manu tiling co. There was no scope of growth. In global alliance matrimony near employees would be jealous of each other, they are like they would establish their impression on boss, kick there fellow employees out from their post and take their place for their own satisfaction. In Vijay sales work pressure was much as in we cannot work on our profile n the branch which we like, we were forced to work in the branch in which all customer pressure was much Higher. In all three companies my work was much comfortable and less challenging and involve more of hardwork which is very interesting to me Due to this reason only I could focus on my job for long time. safe working environment for girls was a plus point.
