Hybrid model, you can work from anywhere no need to be physically present at office, but again it depends on the manager. Helpful colleague, everyone help each other

There is no job security, I joined there in jan 2023 and got laid off in less than a year, because they don’t have projects much, same with other employees 1-2months they layoff. If you don’t have project why you even hiring. Also salary is never at time, you will receive salary in 2 pa rts sometimes 30-70 ratio sometimes 50-50 ratio, when other companies employees get salary for next month our due gets cleared for previous months. No benefits. They also will say that 10% is your retention bonus but will never pay you that. If in case you get laid off remuneration also they won’t pay you. In my opinion don’t join This organisation, if you have no option and unemployed for very long time then consider it else look that some other company....Read More

No Job security, I Joined there in August 2023 and got laid off in Dec 2023 because they don't have Projects and I am surprised if they do not have projects why do they hire employees? also salary in 50%-50% Ration. and this happens around 10 or more employees.
