1.Food but many old teachers do not eat food in the school. 2.It's like permanent employment and they 'll never remove any employee.

1. The work life balance is terrible. 8 to 3 are the school hours. The teacher has to work for atleast extra 6 hours in a day to correct homeworks and tests and review them.(8+6= 14 hours and still they will say Your are not working) 2. The SL and TL system. Being MBA passouts, they are implementing 2 head system. The instructionsgiven by the SL and TL are different and it confuses the teachers and in many cases there is a rivalry between SL and TL which end up in pressurizing the employee and ultimately to leave. 3. Outdated SL's whose knowledge is very poor. 4. Too many strict rules. The new english teacher ran away in one week (luckily she didn't submit the certificates). 5. Politics at peaks. Very good food, transport facility. Subject leader guide us with proper training. Colleagues are very friendly. Proper structured academic environment. Happy to work in manthan.
