Good work enviroment and culture. Team mates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues .salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 year before which you can not resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
