The management and HR Policies are very flexible, offering special leaves , permissions, additional wfh to have work life balance, particularly for women. Zero job security, poor management. If the upper management is unable to bring any new project they will terminate you by saying some illogical reason. It is their inefficiency but they are the one who runs the company so no one can sue them. Though there are no management body as such only 2 people run the company. If they want they also don't give you variable pay which is a CTC component, not above CTC....Read More

Do not consider this company in your wildest dream. It is nothing but a disgrace everything is lie over here. I regret joining over here . It is a jail. HR is dumb, policies are dumb, and the management is the dumbest one, though I still don't know why they call it management, there are only 2 ladies.
