company atmosphere like as Indian company

I love the fact that i am a part of a team that support always ,has safety products & stand me in front of top management of the company.I get chance to travel to the clients in the whole country.There is a job security also with good working environment where i feel free to work in every manner. Company culture is very good where all team members work together to reach a solution.

Dislikes

The company is not working for welfare of the employees in terms of monetary & non monetary.Also company not adopt good technology & training for the growth of employee.Salary is low but appraisal is high. Company also unnoticed me about my performance which is very good in company & they never appreciate me.also they hide some official things,they never teach us about any coming problems , they never advise us to work better....Read More

Work Details

Basically , I have to travel to different location in India to find some new projects where i can contribute to the company revenue some times lots of travel hectic me but its OK as it is the part of my job.I go to market to take orders & payments.
