There is now working life balance work starts at 9.30 am ends at 11 pm, if you don't want to give your family time then it's a good company for you, worst culture they will fire you anytime make you sit at home without any reason so that you give resignation

They will fire you without any notice make you sit at home for 6 months without salary, no long leaves granted even after working many years

Be the manager favourite so that you get promoted and other benefits.

Dislikes

If you are not manager favourite you will not get promoted or get decent increment wheather you do right and good work along year. Also working life balance is myth here. For freshers the company is not for you
