Very very unprofessional and unsecure culture.Terrible from every aspect as have seen numerous lay offs already and that's still on.Even two CHRO's laid off in less than a years time and many more seniors

No sitting place for employees even if your desigantion is assistant manager , staff salary is high and 95% staff was illeterate as per qualifiaction including talking sense, gestures & stanadards they make completely fool to company owner and there employees dont know about other industries knowledge except manjushree, staff came late at 9.20 to 10 am , no growth, employees taken high salary suppose in production deptt 10 staff hired they dont have more work but enjoying shift time and make company owner fool....Read More

Top management is 🤮. Especially the Finance head who doesn't know anything about Finance or controllership and is just acting like a postman who gets a mail for some data from top management and immediately pass on to his teammates and doesn't even bother to have a understanding or look at the data.
